• Your rights as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence within the EU/EEA
• Your right to use the EU ODR platform referenced in Section 8
• Any mandatory jurisdiction provisions under applicable EU law

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, lawful, and enforceable.
